Outlaw FitCamp is a DFW based franchise with locations throughout Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
Breaking the law of conventional fitness, Outlaw FitCamp embraces all styles of fitness training. By integrating several modalities of training styles, our FitCamp Functional Interval Training method maximizes results for each individual client.
Outlaw FitCamp group training and personal training is designed to accommodate both men and women. Unlike other fitness trends we think outside of the box when it comes to training, providing realistic results by using quality movements safely, effectively and efficiently. Unlike many of our competitors, we only hire certified personal trainers to lead our FitCamp and work with clients directly offering individual or small group training sessions.
But we don’t stop there—we then train them on our Outlaw FitCamp training style, programs and system. We provide a team of experts they can access any time. Change your life and the lives of others! We are passionate people with a purpose.

I designed Outlaw55 after the last 2 of our Outlaw FitCamp transformation challenges were completed. Throughout the year I would hear the same thing over & over again, “When’s the next Challenge going to start?”
I realized that people needed something to help them stay accountable and achieve lasting results. People tend to do better when following a good regimen and goals with a deadline.
So, I designed the Outlaw55 Challenge for people to do and hold themselves accountable throughout the year. Each time they complete the challenge, they become a better, stronger person.
Repeat that 2 to 4 more times a year and you have a completely transformed, improved individual! A person who expects more of themselves, family, and friends. A person who plans for success, quality family time and improved self-confidence. A person who is always evolving as an individual, spouse, friend, parent, and you do this by consistently improving every single day!

Our Fuel plan is just that, FUEL for the body. We took it one step farther and designed them for genders and different heights.
WOMEN: 5.4ft and under & 5.5ft and up.
MEN: 5.9ft and under & 5.10ft and up.
These FUEL plans are used as a guide to teach you how to eat and stay within the parameters of what your body needs regarding portion and nutritional contents. These plans are not to be done for weeks without change eating the same thing over and over, there is variety in our FUEL plans for realistic daily life. Learn the appropriate foods your body needs based on your height and gender. This is a lifestyle plan and the goal is to!

Our FitCamps are led by professional personal trainers that challenge our members to meet and exceed their fitness goals. Outlaw FitCamp is a personalized experience in a small group training environment.

INTERVAL: Intense bursts with short recovery between movement patterns.
TRAINING: Our personal trainers provide a safe and effective workout experience focused on quality over quantity. New members don’t get overlooked or lost in the crowd and our trainers are able to challenge advanced members to reach their personal goals each and every workout!
